Overview of the Fireworks Festival

Dates: August 2nd and 3rd, 2024
Venue: Shinanogawa riverbed, Nagaoka City
Seat type and ticket price: 9,000 yen per seat (capacity of 1 person) *Adults and children are charged the same price.
Maximum number of seats per reservation: 10 Seats

*Please be sure to read below notes carefully before proceeding to your seat reservation.

  • This ticket reservation page is for foreigners (non-residents of Japan) only. For those residing in Japan, please use the official ticket sales website for domestic visitors. (Tickets will be selected by lottery).
  • Your reservation request will not be processed if we determine any of the requirements are not met. Please note that if any false information is included in the application, the reservation will be invalidated and the ticket price will not be refunded.
  • Hotel accommodation and transportation to our meeting place are not included in this ticket reservation service, so please make your own arrangements.
  • Ticket price is paid immediately by credit card at the time of reservation.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after payment is completed. Changes to participant names can be made at "MYPAGE".
  • Tickets are required for all guests 6 years old and older. (An accompanying preschool child may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.)
    * Children under 6 years old who require own seat must purchase a ticket.
  • Legal names, passport numbers, and nationalities of the representative and all accompanying persons are required at the time of reservation. We will verify the identity of the representative and all accompanying persons with their passports when the tickets are handed over to you on the day of the fireworks.
  • You can reserve up to 10 seats in one reservation. If you wish to purchase more than 10 seats, please make another reservation.
  • The ticket sales terms and conditions are deemed agreed by submitting ticket reservation.
  • Unauthorized resale of the tickets is prohibited.

Schedule after reservation

Reservation Confirmation

After the ticket reservation is submitted, your reservation confirmation will be sent to you in June.
Please keep the confirmation letter with you as it indicates your reservation number.
If you have any questions, please let us know your reservation number so that we can assist you smoothly.

Final Instructions

In early July, we will send you a document containing your reservation number, confirmation number, and information on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks by e-mail.

On the day of Nagaoka Fireworks

Please come to the meeting place at the designated time. We will give you a ticket and guide you how to get to the fireworks site. After the fireworks, we will disperse at the venue.
*For more details, please refer to the final instructions to be sent in early July.

Cancellation of the fireworks display, etc.

The fireworks festival will be held in case of light rain, but may be postponed or cancelled in case of severe weather at the launch site.

In case of postponement, your tickets can be used on the postponed date.
In case of cancellation, up to 50% of the ticket price will be deducted from your refund as a handling charge.
No refund will be made if the event is cancelled in the middle of the event.
